When you click an outbound link to check pricing or purchase items on partner marketplaces (such as Amazon or Shopee), those destination platforms may place third-party cookies or similar tracking identifiers on your browser pursuant to their respective privacy and cookie policies to track referral purchases.
3. Outbound Click Telemetry
When you click an outbound purchase button, our first-party attribution service logs only minimal operational data:
- A pseudo-random click identifier (clickId)
- Originating page identifier (pageId)
- Product identifier (productId) and offer identifier (offerId)
- Partner marketplace name (marketplace)
- Target country (country) and listing slot position (position)
- The product's Amazon ASIN (asin), for Amazon links only
- A HUMAN, PROBABLE_HUMAN, UNVERIFIED or BOT label (uaClass) derived at redirect time from the User-Agent and the browser's Sec-Fetch headers (whether the link was clicked on one of our pages); the headers themselves are not stored
- A session identifier (sessionId), only when the link already carries one; our pages never add it
